MODEX 2026 – CARGOMETER US Market Launch

MODEX 2026 – Successful US Market Launch
CARGOMETER has successfully completed its first MODEX appearance in Atlanta — marking an important milestone in the company’s international expansion and entry into the US market.
As one of the leading trade shows for supply chain, warehousing and intralogistics, MODEX 2026 brought together logistics operators, technology providers and industry decision-makers from across North America and beyond.
Together with Cascade, we introduced CARGOMETER’s dynamic freight measurement system to the US market and engaged in valuable discussions about the future of integrated freight data capture within operational logistics processes.
Since 2014, CARGOMETER has established itself as a technology leader in dynamic freight measurement with more than 300 installations across Europe.
At MODEX, we presented our core freight measurement technologies:
• Dimension-in-Motion
• Weigh-in-Motion
• Scan-in-Motion
In addition to dynamic volume and weight measurement, CARGOMETER enables identification, AI-supported label detection and image-based freight documentation directly integrated into operational logistics processes.
Our focus is not simply on where freight is measured, but on how measurement becomes part of the operational process itself.
Instead of treating freight measurement as a separate operational step, CARGOMETER integrates freight data capture directly into existing logistics workflows — embedded within material handling operations and continuously capturing volume, weight and identification data in motion.
This infrastructure-based approach transforms freight measurement from an isolated process step into an integrated part of operational logistics.
Measurement data is generated continuously within the material flow and becomes immediately available for downstream systems, operational decision-making and process optimization.
MODEX 2026 provided an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, establishing new connections and discussing how dynamic freight measurement infrastructure can support different logistics environments across the US market.
We would like to thank everyone who visited us at the Cascade booth in Atlanta and look forward to continuing the conversations started during the exhibition.
